Integrity and Knowledge

After the death of my oldest brother my family and I were faced with the difficult task of selling the family home. Since this was the home my siblings and I grew up in, it was so much more than a real estate transaction. It was 68 years of memories.

Being a long distance seller and this being distressed economic times I knew I needed a true professional. I needed someone with integrity and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry as well as someone who understood the emotions involved. Kelly certainly proved to be that person.

Kelly never hesitated to go the extra mile. He educated us on the challenging real estate market and kept us informed every step of the way. Kelly kept track of all activity, new listings, sales and showings. He was always available to give feedback and valuable suggestions on how to better present the home to potential buyers. Kelly is a very creative person, using social media in addition to more traditional marketing methods to get the home sold. Kelly represented our family home as if it was his, keeping our best interests in mind.

Kelly’s work didn’t stop once an offer was accepted. He graciously met with home inspectors, contractors and other trades people time after time.

Kelly is not only exceptional in his industry but also as a person. He is truly a giving person willing to help in any way he can. I have already recommended him to friends and co-workers for their real estate needs.
